Buying from the USA (or Canada) & outside Europe?

Thanks for your enquiry about buying instruments from The New Acoustic Gallery to be shipped to the USA and other addresses outside the European Union. We regularly ship all over the world.

You can pay straight into out bank by transfer. Your bank will probably tell you this takes a day or two, usually its about a week. Get in touch for the details you need.

Import Taxes
As far as I am aware there are no duties or taxes levied by the US authorities for importation. For other non European countries you will need to enquire with your national authorities

2. Approval Privilege and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Our customers should always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a purchase before and after the sale.

All musical instruments we sell carry a 24-hour approval period. The buyer has 24 hours from the time of receipt of the instrument to play it and inspect it. If more inspection time is required, please notify us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

As a buyer, you are required to notify us if the instrument will be returned prior to shipping, to pay the return shipping costs including insurance, and to properly pack the instrument.


Refunds - Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of our receipt of a returned instrument providing the instrument is not damaged or altered in any way. The original purchase price less the freight cost will be refunded.

3. Damaged Items - Occasionally merchandise is damaged in shipping. Notify us immediately if the instrument you ordered arrives damaged. We will contact the carrier regarding the damage. Please keep the box and all packing material for inspection.

4. Photos Available - Digital photos sent by email, no charge;

5. Trading Up - We offer our repeat customers an opportunity to "trade up" to a higher quality instrument by trading in another instrument purchased from us.
